460 Advanced Marksmanship Training System

The Beamhit™ 460 Advanced Marksmanship Training System provides a single or multiple lane range with up to 10 separate targets controlled by one computer. Each target registers hits of the included MP400 laser and the software reports the user’s session performance.
The laser hits on all targets may be viewed simultaneously. Any target may be enlarged to full screen viewing by a click of the mouse, and minimized again just as quickly. Each target independently records all data by individual, and the data can be saved to an external disk, internal or external hard drive, or thumb drive for later review. Data such as time, score, and dispersion is shown on each target. Individual targets may be printed by either a local or network printer. Each shot on every target is numbered and data is displayed by numbered shots.
The system is also capable of timed sessions. The system includes a standard 10-ring overlay and Military Overlay Set (scaled overlays of “E” type silhouette targets). Also available are other targets scaled to simulate targets from 10 meters to 600 meters.

Training with this system requires:

  • Standard 110V or 240V AC power and a laptop or desktop computer with USB port.
  • 15 or 25 meter training distance from firing line to target line plus 8 feet operating distance behind the firing line.
  • One firearm per shooter. (Shooters train with their own firearm.) The system requires no modification to the firearm and it does not interfere with normal firearm function. Firing is simulated by a Class IIIA laser attached to a laser transmitter rod (mandrel). The rod is then inserted into the firearm bore.

This system is controlled under the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and may not be exported to a Foreign Person, either in the U.S. or abroad, without the proper authorization by the U.S. Department of State.
